Temeka Group is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and sales floor signage and fixtures headquartered in Corona, California. We are seeking a motivated, talented, detail-oriented estimator to join our team. The estimator will work closely with the lead estimator to source, accurately price and win local, regional, and national signage and fixture projects for the company. Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the signage, millwork and fixture bidding process including preparation, submission and necessary follow up on proposals
- Ability to review and analyze bidding details including vendor quote requests for accuracy
- Determines cost effectiveness of in-house resources versus vendor purchases
- Have a basic knowledge of signage and fixtures, understanding materials and production timelines
General Background and Requirements:
- Experience reading architectural drawings and specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor
- Must be able to multitask, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and able to work independently
- Go getter personality, receptive and open to learning and change
- Adheres to timelines
