TempExperts is seeking a Production Manager to join a great company in Largo. This employee will be responsible for the supervision of employees and the overall production of the plant.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee staff activity and performance
- Supervise and assign tasks to the team based on priorities established
- Follow procedure to increase company output
- Skilled leader and decision maker with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain equipment preventative maintenance schedule
- Evaluate, improve, and resolve process flow issues
- Adjusting, troubleshooting, and making minor equipment repairs as needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all plan health, safety, and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
Experience and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED and computer skills
- Great communication and problem solving skills
- Lean Manufacturing, AS9100 ISO ITAR
- Scheduling and hiring personnel experience
- Critical thinking skills
