Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Tempaper is seeking a highly talented Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will develop and execute online communication for the company to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth. The candidate should have expertise in content creation (including written & visual capabilities), social media management and public relations. Knowledge of the home décor and interior design industry is a plus!
This position will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communications:
· Manage all PR and external brand communications.
· Manage influencer platform and content creators.
· Act as lead copywriter.
· Work with Marketing Manager to develop relevant, meaningful content and maintain content strategy.
· Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications activities monthly or when requested.
· Assist with other external and internal communications duties as needed.
· Join conversations on behalf of the brand and support current and prospective customers.
Social Media Content Creation
· Strengthen Tempaper & Co.’s presence on all social media channels driving customer engagement, website traffic and revenue.
· Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing campaign and company mission.
· Ability to be consistent, authentic, and responsive on all channels daily.
· Stay informed with industry trends and best practices in social media.
· Monitor and report on social media outreach.
· Maintain social media editorial calendar and post valuable, shareable content regularly, ensuring association is positioned as an industry leader.
· Assist in management of the Yotpo platform’s social curation dashboard.
· Create quality content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong marketing & time management skills
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Proficient in digital marketing techniques and strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of social media and the home décor/interior design industry
Knowledge of advertising principles and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
Experience in content creation for various social media platforms
Ability to edit video footage using Adobe Creative Suite or other editing software
At least 5 years in marketing and social media. This is not an entry-level position
Degree in Marketing or a related field
