- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with our Commercial clients, facilitating ongoing communication and understanding their evolving needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
What you bring to the table: Your Skills, Our Vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in the commercial or hospitality furniture industry
- Passion for selling and providing customer solutions
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Suite
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Adept at building and maintaining long-term client relationships
