About the Role
The Financial Planning Analyst will be a critical member of our CFO Services Team and work across all company divisions to improve our businesses' profitability, scalability, and data-driven insights. We are looking for someone who can evaluate historical data, model the future, and collaborate with our finance and operational leadership teams to help carry projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and can consume, process, and summarize large amounts of unstructured data and develop quality insights and recommendations.
What You Will Do:
- Help manage data aggregation and analytics of division-level operating P&Ls
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information, track realization of synergies and pro forma adjustments.
- Prepare leadership team with materials for monthly operating reviews.
- Develop, monitor, and track operational and financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and forecasts.
- Evaluation of divisional pricing models and expense management opportunities
- Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations for the senior leadership team.
- Support CFO in all FP&A activities, strategic projects, and potential acquisitions.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, and Economics. MBA or professio al certification (CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
