Job Summary
Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and maintain a safe and effective patient care environment.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
Requirements
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification.
