Front Desk/Administrative Assistant Position - Glendale

TENTEN Glendale is a lifestyle solution for professionals wanting to live, work, and play. TENTEN Wilshire offers 227 fully furnished luxury suites with short and long term leases.

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk position

Candidate will have the following responsibilities:
-Answering the multi-line telephone promptly and courteously, providing assistance to callers and routing callers to respective parties
-Being the face of business, you will be responsible for greeting visitors promptly in a well-mannered fashion, ascertaining the nature of visits and directing visitors appropriately
-You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office operations including processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing meeting room calendars, general filing, faxing and maintaining the office in a clean and orderly fashion
-Working with the facilities team to assist coordinating repairs, maintenance and other safety initiatives as needed, monitoring company office supply levels and maintaining adequate inventory to ensure maximum productivity while assisting and supporting in miscellaneous projects as assigned
-Responsible for managing the daily activities of the property. This position will also require you to contribute regularly in a broad range of activities that include but are not limited to administration, marketing, customer service, operations, business development, and general business management of the property

Candidate Must have the following qualifications:

- Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment with deadlines
- Superior customer service skills
-Hospitality experience preferred
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
- Must have the willingness to follow instruction and assume responsibility
- Must communicate well
- Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be able to multi-task and be a team player
- Must have knowledge of HTML and posting Craigslist

*Must be able to work weekends*
This is a FULL TIME JOB, please do not respond for a part-time position
Must be able to work overtime whenever necessary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
