What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Tech position at TENTH MOUNTAIN LLC?
As a Water Treatment Field Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our water treatment equipment. You'll travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, and provide expert solutions that meet their needs.
What You'll Do:
- Service and Maintenance: Inspect, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment (pumps, controllers, etc.)
- Analyze and Problem-Solve: Analyze water samples, identify quality issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Work in a Variety of Environments: Working in industrial and mechanical settings, including steam boilers, cooling towers, and more.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a technical or mechanical field and water treatment.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
- Mechanical aptitude - Ability to work with tools and understand mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for frequent travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Preferred: Current Pesticide Applicator's License.
