LOCATION – Traveling
We do not require you to live in a specific location for this position, but you will be expected to report to one of our current job sites across the US. Job sites will be discussed during interview process.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Laborer, you will perform tasks involving physical labor at building, highway, heavy construction, excavation, and demolition project sites. The Laborer may operate a variety of equipment and instruments.
Responsibilities include:
- Load, transport, unload, and furnish electrician with materials, tools, and supplies
- Maintain a clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary
- Perform other routine duties as directed
- Climbing ladders and lifting materials
- Must be able to identify and follow safe working procedures. Must be able to identify and stop unsafe work practices around jobsite that present imminent danger to others
- Must be able to identify and find different jobsite building materials, tools, and equipment in order to follow directions given by supervisor
- Cleans and prepares job sites to eliminate possible hazards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Some equipment experience preferred, but not required
- Willing to work outside 90 percent of the day
- Must be able to pass background check
- Work with a crew
- Some long days, some weekends, and after hours
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and back ground check
- Must be able to get badged on Military Facilities
