Position: Peoplesoft Payroll Lead
Location: Atlanta GA
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Peoplesoft Functional Specialist with a deep understanding of the 9.2 North American Payroll & Benefits module.
The ideal candidate should have a strong functional background in HR and payroll processes and be able to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the 9.2 NA Payroll & Benefits module
Provide functional support to end-users and assist with the resolution of functional issues
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that technical solutions align with functional requirements
Gather and analyze business requirements and provide recommendations on process improvements
Lead testing efforts, including regression testing and UAT, to ensure that changes are implemented accurately and effectively
Develop and maintain functional documentation and assist with end-user training
Stay up-to-date with the latest Peoplesoft 9.2 NA Payroll & Benefits module updates and upgrades
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Overall 12 years of experience.
5 years of experience in Peoplesoft functional support, with a focus on the 9.2 NA Payroll & Benefits module
Peoplesoft HCM 9.2.12 PUM 12
PeopleTools 8.58.19
Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including tax and compliance requirements
Knowledge of PeopleTools, SQL, and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
