We are looking for an experience Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Product Marketing division. The Senior Salesforce Administrator role will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, and owns testing, release and support for Salesforce and associated business systems. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, and B2B Sales and Support Operations.
Our Salesforce Administrator will work with multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that are scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform. The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills including listening, critical thinking, and collaboration. In addition to this skillset, we are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, curious, with strong organizational skills, who thrives in an autonomous environment.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer multiple applications - Salesforce CRM and CPQ
- Develop validation rules, workflows, process flows, approval processes, assist with reports and dashboard creation and maintenance.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify areas of improvements to existing systems, integrations, data management, and processes
- Collaborate and communicate with technical resources across the company
- Manage test environment and migrate changes between Salesforce environments
- Perform functional testing and Lead user acceptance testing
- Create training materials for end-users and improve user adoption
- Define and implement data hygiene best practices
- Address end-user system questions and issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
- 5 years system support and process improvement experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advanced Administrator Preferred)
- SF Lightning and CPQ
- APEX experience is a strong plus
- Experience with GovCloud and Cybersecurity requirements (CMMC) is a strong plus
- Experience working with sales, support, and marketing systems and data
- Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage simultaneous projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
