TERI Farms Microgreens Salesperson

If you are passionate about creating a positive change and have the drive to excel in sales while supporting a meaningful cause, we want to hear from you! Our Microgreens Salesperson will assist the agriculture department in the sale and distribution of our certified organic microgreens. You will help create, and foster relationships with business & community partners while spreading TERI Inc.’s mission across San Diego County. 

This position includes working at multiple locations, 555 Deer Springs Rd San Marcos CA, & and our Urban farm located in Vista CA.

Part Time: 16-24 hours / week. 

Range: Base -$17.00 -$18.00 /Hour *Additional 10% commission on sales. 

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to work successfully independently and demonstrate effective time management skills, adapt to frequently changing work environment/needs.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Self-starter with strong motivation and initiative.
• Provide friendly and informative customer service to promote our products and cause.
• Ability to create and foster business partnerships. 
• Friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Have the ability to articulate our mission to the community 
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation for use during work hours and must maintain valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push or pull up to 25 pounds, frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift, push or pull 100 pounds.
• Acceptable criminal background check. 
• High school degree/GED preferred.
