Recruiter

If you have experience helping business leaders achieve their goals, possess the ability to shift gears, and are looking for a great opportunity to level up your skills significantly, this Recruiter position with TERRA will drive your personal and professional growth.

In this role, you’ll have the chance to work closely with our clients and candidates. You’ll visit clients on-site, meet with hiring managers to plan staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and support candidates on their assignments. (People who have managed a retail store before have historically done well in this role!)

Unlike some other recruiting jobs, you’ll spend a lot of your day talking on the phone and emailing clients and candidates.

Recruiter Key Responsibilities

• Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and payroll management for placed candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.
• Strategizing and creating service delivery plan

Recruiter Qualifications

• At least four years of working in a client-facing leadership role
  • For example: experience as a retail manager, hospitality manager or account manager.
• Experience resolving customer & employee issues by identifying creative solutions & utilizing expert communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and support employee career development.

Compensation

• Base salary $56,000- $64,000 DOE, plus monthly bonus (average bonus $5,000-$15,000 annually)
