Accounting Assistant Job Duties
- Assist with Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
- Create vendor invoices
- Expense reports
- Process insurance certifications for subcontractors
- Assist with payroll data entry processing with ADP
Accounting Assistant Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Suite software
- Data entry and customer service experience
- Exceptional math skills
- No Medical Coverage. Stipend is offered to cover Medical Insurance.
- 9 paid holidays per year
- Two weeks paid vacation
