Job Overview
TerraCycle Canada is looking to hire a resourceful, detail orientated and well-organized Operations Associate to support the growth and efficiency of TerraCycle’s daily operations. This role will provide the opportunity to work in all aspects of TerraCycle’s unique recycling operations. The primary focus will be overseeing critical aspects of TerraCycle’s order fulfilment processes that support our two largest lines of business: Brand Partnerships and Zero Waste Boxes. Other responsibilities will include office management support and other administrative duties related to operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all TerraCycle fulfilment activities for Zero Waste Box and National Recycling Programs including order management, inventory tracking and supplies procurement
- Work closely with fulfilment partners to implement new processes/ programs and resolve operational issues
- Work with logistics partners to obtain quotes, schedule transport and create shipping documents for movement of product and materials
- Support end of month reporting processes
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients as needed
- Manage an efficient office environment including overseeing office inventory and supplies, office upgrades/repairs and other administrative tasks
- Assist with office onboarding and workspace set up for new employees
- Ensure that operations resources such as knowledge bases, intranets and tools are kept current and updated
- Other duties as assigned
- Highly organized and utmost attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills and confidence with public speaking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must) & Google Suite applications
- Understanding of e-commerce functionality

Salary : $43,700 - $55,300
