JOB SUMMARY
Our Security associates are responsible for responding to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security related issues that may arise in a professional manner. Terratron, Inc. manages hotels, apartments and retail. We are proud to offer a service culture where the needs of our associates and residents come first. Our locations are in the cities of Bloomington and Mankato both located in Minnesota.

- You are available to answer the on-call phone at all times when office is not open
What Essential Skills Do You Have?
- Must pass MN required Kari Koskinen background check
- Reliable, self-motivated and responsible time management
- Ability to move about on property and work indoors and outdoors year-round
- Can understand oral and written instruction
- Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about on property and within the buildings or apartments, able to position self to clean floors, and communicate with residents in person
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
