Position Summary:
Provide direct support to engineering, process, planning performing a variety of key tasks related to the Mfg. process, Equipment, Maintenance, Calibration, and others.
Key Accountabilities:
· Manage Tooling System including preventive maintenance, calibrations, and equipment records (if applicable)
· Support & develop new processes that increase productivity and reduce cost
· Document methods for manufacturing and inspection
· Log evaluations into Engineering Notebooks
· Support Installation Qualification, Operational qualification, Test method validations, Computer/ software validation and Performance qualification as part of Manufacturing or equipment validation activities
· Initiate process, design, and documentation changes through the change management process.
· Assisting with process team tasks including management of correspondence, maintenance, schedule and coordinate calibration and updating of trackers, data logs and communication systems as required.
· Supporting the manufacturing device engineering function producing technical drawings or documents for manufacturing device.
· Working with manufacturing engineers to ensure optimal designs are realized for each request
· Asist on the Preparation, execution and completion of qualification protocol, and reports.
· Follow up and assure the progress product through NCR process when it is required.
· Working with the process, engineering teams to help identify and drive continuous improvement activities in current processes and procedures in-line with efficiency, cost and capacity goals

Relevant previous experience in a high-quality environment
Awareness of custom device process and governing regulations
Proven experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook
Good communication skills – written and verbal (English)

High level of flexibility
Works well under pressure
Can demonstrate ability to work on several different activities simultaneously

Ability to learn new skills and undertake relevant training as required
