Lift Credit is an online lender for personal installment loans. Many of our customers have no credit or poor credit, and cannot be approved for a loan with their banks. Our core purpose is to save these credit challenged consumers from payday lending. We want to bridge the gap between bank loans and payday loans to give everyone a chance for financial inclusion.

Lift Credit is looking for a full-time customer advocate to work with our existing customers in a support role as well as helping new customers to receive loans. Customer advocates use their knowledge to educate our customers to help keep their accounts in good standing, and to avoid legal action. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, and personable.

Location: Reno, Nevada

Part or Full Time

Compensation Range: Base pay of up to $12/hr. On-target earners can make between $13 and $25 an hour with our generous commission structure.

What you’ll do:

• Field inbound calls

• Make outbound calls to contact customers

• Process payments

• Assist walk-in customers with answers to questions about our loan process

• Answer customer questions via text and email

• Assist customers to negotiate and create repayment plans

• Educate customers to protect them from legal action

• Provide outstanding customer service to Lift Company customers

What you need to get the job done:

• Exemplary writing and verbal communication skills

• Ability to negotiate

• Willingness to learn

• Problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work well with a team

• Great listening skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment

• Ability to remain happy and optimistic in difficult situations

• Computer literate

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred

• High School Diploma required
