Our company provides a range of financial services tailored to businesses. These services generally include setting up a business to accept credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods, processing payments, setting up payment gateways, point-of-sale solutions, loyalty programs, etc. At Tesla Payments, we provide personalized service to our merchants and sales partners with attention to detail that sets us apart from other merchant service providers.

We place equal importance on the merchant experience and the customer experience. This is accomplished by providing merchants with visibility and insight into how consumers purchase across multiple channels, as well as expert guidance and best practices, so that our clients can ultimately achieve their goals and provide more flexible, customized digital commerce experiences.

Customer Relationship Manager: This is a full-time position performing customer service and support for our merchants and sales partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues using the resources available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of merchants and sales partners.
  • Knowing our fintech and financial products inside and out so that you can answer questions from both merchants and sales partners.
  • Training new sales partners on our platforms, products, and services.
  • Responding promptly to merchants' and sales partners’ questions and requests via phone and email.
  • Provide appropriate solutions for merchants and partners, and follow up to resolve any issues with their customer experience.
  • Setting up new accounts and applications and making modifications to existing accounts as requested.
  • Serving as a liaison to our financial networks to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, equipment purchases, and complaints.
  • Troubleshooting by gathering information about the problem through discussion with merchants and sales partners.
  • Identify possible solutions to issues by researching them online and reading through technical documentation.
  • Follow up on unanswered communication from sales partners and financial networks to ensure timely solutions to merchants’ needs.

SKILLS Required:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward merchants and sales partners at all times.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to maintain professionalism in the event of an escalated customer service call.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn and utilize multiple online software platforms.
  • Intermediate Excel Proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
