What You'll Do
Identify and address improperly executed documentation and specify required resolutions to quickly transfer ownership Engage with customers directly to resolve missing paperwork concerns Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve title-related issues Establish and maintain an organized filing system for physical documentation while also updating our internal digital systems Acquire expertise in vehicle title transfer processes across all states, identifying solutions for process obstacles Record, generate, and mail out titles and/or documentation to appropriate stakeholders Process title reassignments, request checks for applications, and submit completed title applications to state DMVs across the country
What You'll Bring
2 years of professional office experience, bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in an administrative role, dealership, or vehicle titling is preferred Strongly detail-oriented and organized Intermediate experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word Notary Designation is highly preferred, can be obtained after hire

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $53.00/hour, depending on level cash and stock awards benefits
