Responsibilities:
The (LPN) is responsible for administration of nursing services as directed by the Wellness Director. The (LPN) assists with directing, planning, and coordinating services of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering resident care.
- In the absence of the Wellness Director, assume primary responsibility for providing oversight of resident healthcare needs, including the overall medication delivery system and the coordination of in-service training for the Wellness Associates.
- Contribute directly and positively to the team approach to quality resident care by attending to and assisting with a variety of physical, emotional, and social needs to help residents maintain the highest level of independence possible.
- Provides nursing services to residents regarding:
- Wellness counseling
- Health Promotion
- Disease Prevention
- Provides care and services to residents whose conditions are chronic and stable.
- Verifies medication regimen for residents who require supervision with physicians or healthcare practitioners.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility and/or assigns Wellness Associates.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
