Dental Office Manager:
Seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our rapidly growing and expanding company. The Office Manager at West Coast Dental will lead all non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations including leading a positive office culture, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and driving case acceptance and revenue growth for all lines of business (general, specialty, and orthodontics). As a Dental Office Manager, you will provide leadership to your immediate office team while collaborating with our experienced Doctors and Regional Managers to support the success of your office.
Prior dental experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor staff members to help them achieve their career goals
- Able to increase revenue each year & profit; controlling costs to meet monthly budgets
- Ensuring office compliance, policies and procedures (OSHA, HIPAA, Code of Safe Practices & HR)
- Partner with Managing Dentist and Associates to promote clinical and administrative leadership
- Support growth of the practice by implementing marketing strategies internally and externally
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of dental office management experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards
- Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
- Ability to present financial arrangements and secure case acceptance
- Hands-on experience with computerized billing systems
- Knowledge in finance, human resource management, and principles of business
- Computer literate / Dental software programs
- Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure
