Testek is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team. Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will essentially be responsible for performing quality audits & assurance reviews of company-wide processes/procedures to ensure that all processes are controlled and monitored for quality and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Enhance the Company Quality Policy, Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) and Quality Assurance Procedures Manual (QAPM).
- Maintain / Update all the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and lead our yearly ISO 9001 audits with the external auditors.
- Coordinate successful DCMA Audits.
- Conduct Internal Audits while providing leadership to best practices including Corrective and Preventative Action process, supplier quality, and the MRB process and certification process.
- Foster relationship and provide direction to Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, and all other departments & ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
- Lead and maintain process flow charts and control all documentation for all processes.
- Identify opportunities for new and existing processes with documentation.
- Training and mentoring other members of the quality assurance team, as applicable.
- Maintain the quality reports and the Master Calibration Equipment and ensure all master equipment being used is properly calibrated and documented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self starter with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Previous Experience on the following fields is preferred
- Experience in Conducting Internal Audits and Identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in Handling External Audits for re-certification of ISO System
- Experience in Handling Government Contracts and knowledge of the FAR Clauses
- Experience in Interacting with DCMA Inspector and successfully handling Government Audits
