The Web Content Specialist role is a key member of the TestEquity Digital Product Content team and will report directly to the Director of Digital Product Content. The specialist roles daily activities will be prioritized by the Category Managers. This position will be required to source product content data from suppliers across all our business units and enter it into our PIM (Product Information Management) tool. The ideal candidate should have strong data manipulation skills, be able to navigate websites, portals, and system tools with ease, be detail oriented with attention to accuracy, and strong efficiency/time management skills. Essential Duties:
- Data entry for products.
- Support product content operations for our eCommerce sites featuring over 100K items.
- Work cross functionally with Product Management and Marketing to build and manage products.
- Manipulation and normalization of large data sets.
- Leverage internal reporting, web analytics and customer feedback tools to action and improve on the journey the customer experiences through our digital content.
- Follow provided best practices when delivering content.
- Perform regular content quality audits on product pages and look for opportunities to improve.

Education & Experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- High School Diploma required
- Data entry experience preferred
- Photoshop experience a plus
- Previous experience within B2B/Distribution a plus
- Agility PIM experience a plus
- Knowledge of Test & Measurement and Electronic Production Supplies a plus
