Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Outbound Marketing Campaign Manager to market our online IT and Microsoft Office training curriculum to educators who teach computer and IT classes.

This role requires a proactive sales mentality of capturing interest with potential customers and understanding the importance of bringing in new customers to drive growth.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work with the lead K12 Marketer and Director of K12 Sales to provide marketing support and drive leads through campaigns to SDRs and Account Executives.

Areas of Focus and Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning - Determine audiences, set campaign goals, and coordinate with sales on execution and follow up
• Writing - Write compelling marketing copy consisting of compelling hooks, storytelling, and irresistible offers for Direct Mail, Email, and Landing Web Pages
• Marketing Funnel Planning - Plan and test effective marketing funnels to maximize lead conversions such as open rates, click thru rates, and landing page conversions
• Marketing Content Creation - Create content for campaigns and coordinate any needed content pieces with the marketing design team
• Marketing Support - Provide support to the K12 sales team for any events or special projects

Qualifications:

• Strong writing skills: be prepared to show samples from articles, emails, brochures, or anything that shows your aptitude for writing
• 2 years' experience in a marketing role such an assistant or coordinator
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating in a team environment
• Marketing email software and automation experience such as HubSpot
• Sales experience a big plus
• Marketing certifications a plus
• Experience generating leads in a b2b setting helpful
• Bachelor's degree (or close to graduating) Or, you have an intriguing reason for having no degree.
