Project Summary:
PRO-telligent supports the U.S. Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Overseas Building Operations’ (OBO) development, implementation, and execution of both Architecture and Engineering Oversight as well as Construction Security Monitoring Programs at select overseas diplomatic facilities. This position will support customer and perspective employee relations.

Position Summary:
The Mission Support Program Officer will assist with community outreach to maintain and improve client and employee relations, facilitate logistical and mobilization activities for field projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform client outreach to maintain strong client relations and high customer satisfaction
- Market our capabilities and international presence to the DOS Architecture & Engineering (A&E) and Construction Security Monitoring (CSM) community
- Build network to facilitate recruiting efforts and growth across DOS contracts
- Facilitate logistical and mobilization activities for field projects
- Complete weekly activity reports.
- Identify and attract quality candidates with rare skill sets, particularly for international assignments and positions that require security clearances.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must possess a minimum of four years of experience with OBO and its community.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the willingness and ability to obtain a Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, required.
