Your role: Office Assistant
You will create a welcoming environment for Hartman visitors and answer and direct a high-volume rate of calls. You will also support the HR/Office Services team with various administrative projects.
Answer multiple line telephone system, direct the caller to appropriate associate, and manage calls for the leasing department, while screening for appropriateness
Greeting customers, tenants, employees etc.
Manage building vendors and office supplies
Retrieve, sort, date-stamp and forward all incoming US mail, and package deliveries from various carriers, and create labels for various mail-outs
Maintain cleanliness of conference room and kitchen breakroom, as needed
Support HR/office service team by processing new hires benefits package and various responsibilities as needed
Provides customer service support to all employees
Composes and prepares correspondence of varying levels of confidentiality
General marketing responsibilities:
Assisting with events and special projects
Other duties as assigned by Manager
