Description
Your Purpose:
Apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to the scope, time, cost and quality of the project activities to meet or exceed the needs of our customers and our expectations for each project.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of the 30, 60, 90-day plan project.
- Work with Managers, Engineers and VP of Construction to facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manages project budget
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
- Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
- Develop methods / skills necessary to maintain accurate documentation of numerous areas in property management

Qualifications
Your experience and skills:
- 1- 2 years’ experience
- Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Word and other database programs.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Organized / efficient usage of time.
- Ability to draft quality organized letters, reports, memos and newsletters.
- Courteous, professional and respectful rapport with peers and subordinates
- High School Diploma, GED required. Bachelor’s degree with focus in Construction Management or business a plus.
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Customer Service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Mathematical and reasoning skills and abilities - basic
- Microsoft office programs - advanced
- Yardi knowledge – basic
- Valid Driver’s License required
