Brief Overview of Position
The Exception Tracking & Monitoring position within the Collateral Control Group is responsible for clearing exceptions submitted by the Business Unit and then reviewing the documents submitted for accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily clearing of various loan document exceptions sent in by the Business Unit
- Ensure all exception documents received are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
- Review, evaluate and respond to loan document exception status.
- Communicate and interact with Collateral Audit Specialist and Business Unit partners as it relates to the clearing of exceptions
- Update Fields Tickler Tracking system as it relates to exception document
- Review and promptly respond to emails from business units
- Review and distribute US mail
- Import documents to Nautilus
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize daily work load
- Ability to perform independent analysis and interpretation of incoming research requests
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with the relationship associates and relationship managers
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks successfully
- Well organized and detail oriented
- 4 - 6 Years of Banking Experience
- 2 - 4 Years of Loan Operations Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work in both an independent capacity as well as in a team environment.
