Responsibilities: Answering, screening and routing calls, greeting visitors, receiving Fed-Ex and courier deliveries, maintaining daily calendars, creating and updating spreadsheets, presentations and special projects as necessary and validating parking Provide routine customer-related services Maintain/update various reports as needed Management of package room Maintain incoming mail log and monitor outgoing mail Qualifications: The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
