We’re looking for a qualified Benefits Rep like you to join our Texas Health family.
Position Highlights
- Work location: 612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011 (Remote)
- Work environment: Benefit Planning
- Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
- Salary range: Min $19.34 – Max $30.30 per hour (based on relevant experience)

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 1 Year of Relevant work experience (required)
- Experience explaining benefits and insurance (preferred)
- Call Center Experience (preferred
Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent customer service, knowledge of MS Office.
Position Responsibilities
Answer benefits questions from employees and entity Human Resource offices, providing excellent customer service.
Ensures employee enrollment compliance with benefit plan documents.
Records management to support plan compliance and appeals. Performs daily transactions within various software to process employee benefits.
Back-up duties as assigned.
Additional projects as assigned, including assisting with coordinating open enrollment activities
