What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback/Busser position at Texas Tailgate Sports Bar and Grill?
We are seeking barbacks/bussers to help facilitate the overall function/flow of the restaurant. Applicants must have a good attitude and be able to work at a fast pace to assist the bar team accomplish customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Answer, report and follow bar manager/restaurant manager instruction
- Assist in cleaning up bar stations
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that bar items/supply and glassware are stocked in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Familiar with all bar drinks/brands
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices'
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
