Position Overview
The Hall Monitor operates as a point of compliance to ensure students are present in virtual classrooms on time for scheduled subject courses/classes.
Location Information
This role will be a seasonal, hybrid position. Essential position functions will primarily occur within a designated testing center. Specific testing locations will be shared with the Hall Monitor as testing schedules are arranged. See "Regions Available" below for specific locations where this position will be utilized.
Essential Position Functions
- Maintain the security of examinations and supplements by ensuring that test procedures are adhered to;
- Attend all required training sessions;
- Perform computer software updates when needed and communicate with Testing Team as required;
- Ensuring that all qualified candidates are able to take the appropriate computer-based state exam;
- Logging, checking, and scanning paperwork;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrates a mature, responsible attitude necessary for the position
- Ability to work in a positive manner with children
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and peers
- Ability to defuse confrontational situations
Education & Certification Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current or retired teachers are preferred but not required.

- 4/25-4/26 (8:00am-4:00pm)
- 5/2-5/4 (8:00am-4:00pm)
