Fraud Investigator

We are looking for an intuitive, naturally curious, detail-oriented go-getter to work in a professional environment. This person will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing fraud and money laundering alerts, following up with customers on suspicious checks and credit or debit card activity, filing Bank Secrecy Act reports, and monitoring various watch lists.

As a BSA/Fraud Investigator, you will:

• Monitor and analyze customer activity
• Conduct investigations related to Bank Secrecy Act and potential violations or fraud activity
• Review various fraud alerts to monitor unconventional customer account behavior, contacting customers when necessary, and changing customer product access to mitigate risk
• Process Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports are filed timely and accurately
• Communicate with members, team members, and law enforcement on cases
• Recognize and implement process improvement, and address knowledge gaps

• A strong understanding of financial transactions to be successful
