What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Academy Coach position at Texoma FC?
Texoma FC is a United Soccer League expansion franchise beginning professional play in 2025. The organization is looking for talented aspiring coaches to join forces in the development of a complete youth to pro pathway. The youth academy will be open for coaches coming in the May - July window with potential for a part time job in office for the professional team.
Youth coaches are expected to have previous coaching and or high level playing experience. The teams train 2-3x a week and will be compensated off age of team / resume of the coach.
