Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of our business. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for our services.
- Assist senior sales representatives in lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Learn about our services and offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT sales and willingness to learn about IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
