ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
· Conducts 1-Day, Leading Reliability Improvement workshops, as assigned
· Fulfills Executive Consultant role and responsibilities for RSR engagements
· Leads and coordinates the change effort for each Reliability Roadmap Journey, or project
· Coaches Allied delivery resources in OACM on assigned projects
· Ensures Allied Reliability’s change management process is codified such that it can be easily communicated to the uninitiated and also easily transferred to others
· Supports business development efforts through direct client interaction
· Responsible for maintaining and managing a personal schedule for assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Master’s Degree preferably in Industrial and/or Organizational Psychology or related fields; may be waived if demonstrated capabilities clearly indicate experience and expertise.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of business leadership and management practices and financial reporting
Knowledge of machinery fundamentals
Strong understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance processes.
Expert level knowledge of change management philosophies and strategies. Deep knowledge of leadership concepts and organizational design strategy.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Ten years or more directly related reliability experience.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility in development and delivery methods or processes and procedures to enhance business flexibility.
Proficient computer skills. Able to use MS Office suite. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work well independently and as a team.
Frequent travel; should be able to drive and fly as routine part of assignments.
