Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse and operations are running smoothly. They are also responsible for overseeing the quality of the products and ensuring that all employees are working in a safe and productive manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure that all employees are delivering high-quality products to our customers.
- Oversee all operations of the warehouse, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehousing.
- Ensure that all employees are delivering high-quality products to our customers.
- Ensure that all employees are working safely in a warehouse environment.
- Ensure that all employees are following safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
- Work with customers to ensure that they receive the best products possible.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
