TGG Accounting has partnered with a client working in Cosmetics, Beauty Supply, and Personal Care Products, who is seeking to add an Accounts Receivable Manager to their established accounting team.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
Job Requirements:
- Work hand in hand and support Regional Credit Departments to ensure the accuracy of payment applications.
- Implement best practices, standard service level agreements, and KPI's.
- Identifying and working with vendors to implement new cash application tools.
- Handle and manage AR aging reports, and reconcile unapplied payments monthly.
- Use of analytical tools to uncover additional open payment on account opportunities.
- Perform cash forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage multiple staff members.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating AR staff members.
- Manage ad hoc projects as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- Five or more years of accounts receivable or related experience.
- Demonstrated career progression in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing an Accounts Receivable team of 2 or more individuals.
