Position Summary To contribute to the process operations of the department by working both individually and within a team for the manufacturing of EDP Data page inlays and miscellaneous products. Works in accordance with written work instruction to produce quality product. Essential Functions/Key Areas of Responsibility Responsible for Building EDP sheets per work instruction including embedding, bonding modules. Perform correlating and packing as per work instruction. Making minor repairs and adjustments to machinery Process improvement(s) Documentation of product produced in the EDP production area Using basic math skills (Addition and subtraction) to accurately complete necessary paperwork Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor. Required Skills and Experience Previous Manufacturing/Production experience Small electrical parts hand assembly Machine operation experience Ability to use basic math skills (Addition and subtraction) to ensure accurate product count Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED equivalency required US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien required Ability to successful pass a background check; credit check; and drug test required 6S and lean manufacturing knowledge. Must be a U.S. Person able to obtain post-hire Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance from the U.S. State Department Physical Demands 8 Hour shift(s) Traditional five day workweek (M-F) Occasional overtime may be required Standing for long periods of time Lifting up to 40 pounds on a regular basis using a pushing and pulling motion on an intermittent basis This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
