Salary: $90k-$125k/year
Job Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team to develop and implement talent management and development, DEI, benefits and compensation, employee engagement and succession/workforce planning strategies
- Lead a team of 5 HR professionals who support 1,500 employees in Indiana, Kentucky and Texas
- Create and update policies, as needed
- Oversee employee relations processes and ensure investigations are thoughtful and thorough
- Support performance management processes
- Assist in the planning, design and implementation of compensation programming
- Support talent retention efforts
- Work with marketing to develop effective internal communication strategies and plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years working with HR programming, policies and best practices
- 5 years in an HR leadership role
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist in a corporate setting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to collaborate with others
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Must be able to travel 10% of the time to other locations and sites
This role is hybrid (would be onsite 4 days a week).
The office will be moving to the Fishers, IN area in the next 2 years.
