Regional Sales Manager 


The 20 is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. We are seeking someone to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and through the leadership of a driven sales team. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. You will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training and development of your team. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.


Responsibilities
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends national reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner
relationships
• Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks
and responsibilities are fulfilled
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with
team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


Requirements
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, MBA preferred
• MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience preferred
• Experience in building out and improving processes and teams

  • Consistent hand and finger dexterity necessary to operate computer equipment
  • Consistently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see
  • Routine use of hands to type
  • Occasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch
  • Occasional need to walk around the office
  • Consistent vision abilities required; close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
  • May require travel dependent on company needs
  • Occasional need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

Environmental Conditions:

  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work)
  • Work is in an open office environment with steady conversation and interruption
