The Abbey Group, a school food catering business is looking to hire a Full Time Traveling Substitute Chef Manager in Langdon, NH.
Join our school food service team as a Traveling Chef Manager. You will assist with a variety of functions at many school dining locations. This could include covering for a location manager, helping with a special event or project, cooking, training, or providing other support as needed. This position requires flexibility and adaptability as you will be working at various locations within a geographic area.
Your Role:
- Manager Duties as assigned
- Cooking experience a must
- Organizational skills
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Washing utensils and dishes an making sure they are stored appropriately.
- Sorting and storing ingredients.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking food
- Assembling lunches
- Cashier/check out students & staff using the POS system
