What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at The Alchemists Garden?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide exemplary food & beverage service to guests at Alchemist Garden.
- Proven ability to engage and connect with guests as they are seated, offering unique experience head and shoulders above the rest.
- Strong knowledge and experience of cocktail making,food, beverage & wine.
- Remain knowledgeable of all menu items with the ability to offer assistance and suggestions to all guests.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Carry trays, bus, and set tables including linens and flatware according to standards.
- Complete opening and closing side work
- Identify guests by last name.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while constantly remaining alert to guests’ needs and desires while spending time in the restaurant
