What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Manager position at The Alcove?
The Alcove is looking for a strong punctual leader to help set The Alcove standard in fine dining. We are looking for someone who believes in managing through culture and structure and making yes the answer. Job duties are to include but not limited to: Scheduling, training staff and writing protocol, upholding the Alcove experience with proper etiquette at the table, coaching staff in the moment and developing individual staff. Any marketing or local business marketing is a plus. Help create the expectation and help the rest of the management team to evolve the business. We ask for 2 years experience in fine dining or hotel management. Salary is negotiable and based competitively.
