What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at The Alley?
Duties:
- Daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service in the kitchen area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
- Prepare teas and milk teas
- Prepare house toppings
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments within the store to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist the Assistant Manager in administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Milktea Shop or any beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and banquet operations
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
