What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alterations Manager position at The Alterations Loft?
Oversee all alteration operations. Set the tone for an efficient and professionally run alterations experience. Alterations are primarily special occasion dresses: bridal gowns, mother of the bride dresses, and bridesmaids dresses. Knowledge of sewing and altering gowns could be valuable asset. Responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, checking appointments, ensuring all work is complete. Scheduling and managing alterations team. Stellar customer service. Taking payments. Coordinating details. Acting as liaison between client and tailor. Motivated and committed individual who works well independently as well as with team. Solution-oriented. Confidence and ability to carry out overall operations of entire department.
