What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at The Animal Clinic?

We are a busy 4 Doctor Small and Large Animal Practice looking for two friendly, multi-tasking individuals to join our Team! We have part-time and full-time positions available.

Some Duties include:

  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Check in/out clients

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
  • Thursday, Saturday 7:30am to 12:00pm

Pay

  • Dependent upon experience (TBD)

Experience

  • 1 year Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
  • 1 year Veterinary Experience (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
