What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at The Arc Gateway, Inc.?
We are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Manage the complete employee life cycle i.e. Attraction, Recruitment, On-boarding, Development, Retention, and Separation
- Have working knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Manage Unemployment, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation inquiries
- Have HRIS knowledge of payroll and human resources and keep employee files up to date
- Be a partner to all officers, directors and managers throughout the company
- Coordinate with managers involving employee relations including counseling and disciplinary actions
- Conduct all investigations including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, etc.
- Be organized, empathetic and have great business acumen
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Must have minimum of four years human resources experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related field or a master’s degree in Human Resources or other related field with two years of human resources experience. SHRM Certification is preferred.

PAY RANGE: $40,000-$50,000 TYPE: Exempt
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
