Support Manager Position – Salisbury Office
Candidate must be a motivated team player, flexible, creative, hardworking and organized, as well as have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Candidate is responsible for the hiring, managing, training, and evaluating of staff, provide clinical supervision to multiple staff, coordinate team meetings with families, provide support to individuals/families during challenging situations, maintain communication with person's support team, and complete quarterly reviews. Candidate will monitor compliance of training for staff, submit incident reports, review documentation, manage EHR, attend monthly meetings, and monitor individual authorized services. Knowledge and understanding of self- determination principles and person-centered practices is required.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of full- time experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities, and must meet the qualifications a Qualified Professional. Reliable transportation is a must.
This position will assist in covering Davie, Davidson, Cabarrus, Rowan, Randolph and Stanly counties. An ideal candidate will live in those communities.

Salary: $38,000.00 - $48,500.00 per year
